TERMS CONDITIONS OF DELMA STRUCTURE BUILDERS LIMITED
- PAYMENTS TERMS:-
- Client release negotiable % advance of the total budget amount
- rest of payment running bill will be provide by client both parties negotiable % within 3 (Three) days after submitting each bill. If delay release payment client must add this extra working date with the completion period.
- Rest of 5% amount client will be release after completion of this project within 7 to 90 working days both parties negotiable.
- Also your convenient payment schedule
VAT, AIT& OTHERS CHARGES.
VAT, Levee & AIT will be paid by the client and the receipt must be given to the VENDOR
ANY CHANGES DESIGN.
Item wise rate given in BOQ is finalized and total budget is prepared according to the given quantity, if the building material increases or decreases (as per client's advice or design requirement) then the bill shall be paid as per BOQ rate in material delivery challan. purchaser shall make a separate payment outside of this agreement, which shall not be related to the payment Terms of this agreement.
POLITICAL OR LOCAL PROBLEMS.
Any local and political harassment in this project it will be solved by the client
PENALTY & REWARDS.
If Delma Structure Builders Ltd. Fail to complete the work within scheduled time according to contact then the penalty shall be imposed on the VENDOR and if the client fails to pay within the schedule time the same penalty shall be imposed on the CLIENT. also due to late payment or failure to clear the site, our worker is sitting or the price of material increases, then the client will have to pay the additional payment.
PAINTING.
Red/Gray oxide primer will be providing by Delma Structure Builders Ltd factory. other painting will be doing by Client.
ASSUMPTIONS, DEVIATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:
Client should release payment within 7 (Seven) days after submission of running bill as per payment terms. If its delay 7 to 15 days it’s may carry extra 5% Charge from the budget amount. Because payment delays increases the project cost of materials, labor and bank Interest.
COMPLETION PERIOD.
- Total steel work will complete within agreed working days from the date of completion of final measurement and Detail construction drawing approval.
- Above time period will depends on client civil work, crane movement space, natural climate, disasters, payment schedule, electricity and water supply at site.
